Huge changes in overall ranking after Giro d'Italia 2018

The main contesters of the Giro d'Italia made some excellent improvements in their overall ranking. Froome increased its rank by 13 positions and Dumoulin is nearing the top 250.

The Giro d'Italia has finally come to an end. What a great three weeks that have been. We have been stuck to our tv sets and never had any dull moments.

The overall ranking has been changed a lot due to the efforts of its main contenders. Chris Froome has rised to rank 79, an increase of 13 positions and Dumoulin is nearing position 250 rapidly. Relative newcomers Lopez (now ranks 1947) and Carapaz (rank 3475) are racing through the list. Simon Yates has reached the top 1000 and is now ranked 908 in spite of his unfortunate end of the Giro, still gaining almost 150 positions.
