Biography

Jonathan "Jacques" or "Jock" Boyer (born October 8, 1955) is a former professional cyclist who, in 1981, became the first American to participate in the Tour de France. In November 2002, Boyer was convicted after pleading guilty to seven counts of child molestation and three counts of genital penetration of an 11-year-old girl.
